Weekly Classes

I am happy to now offer donation-based* online yoga classes for varying levels and times. You need only a mat and quiet space to practice, so I hope you see you in class! See full schedule and details below by day. 


Need prop substitutes while at home? No problem. Consider soup cans or book in place of blocks, a belt or scarf in place of a yoga strap, and keep a pillow or towel nearby if you normally use a blanket during practice.

Steady Flow

5 – 6:30 pm MST

Brittany is a teacher of subtlety. Her classes thread breath, detail, and focused mind through steady holds and slow, fluid flows. Britt’s love of metaphor and visualization create pathways into a meditation on the depth available in each experience. With a background in Math education, Britt’s emphasizes clarity and relationships in her teaching. Her love of biomechanics, subtle body and community are anchors in her classrooms. Britt bows to the Hearts of her teachers and students and is endlessly committed to honoring the origins and teachings of Yoga. You can expect to explore new movement, inspire curiosity, and leave your mat feeling grounded, centered and strong.
